Return & Refund Policy (7 Days)

At Moficno, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1) Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
With original tags (if applicable)
In the original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt / proof of purchase

Return handling fee: A return fee may apply (if applicable, it will be confirmed before approval).

2) How to start a return

Email us at moficno@gmail.com with:

Order number
Item name(s)
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. If we provide a return label, its cost (if any) will be communicated before shipment.

3) Damages, defects, or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at moficno@gmail.com so we can help.

4) Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Perishable goods
Custom-made / personalized items (all customized items are non-refundable)
Personal care / hygiene items (if opened/used)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Final sale items (if marked “final sale”)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.

5) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

6) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/card issuer. In many cases, refunds appear within 7 business days, but may take longer depending on your provider.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد (7 أيام)

في Moficno، نحرص على رضاك عن مشترياتك. يمكنك طلب إرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، وفقًا للشروط التالية:

1) الأهلية

يمكنك طلب الإرجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج.

يشترط لقبول الإرجاع أن يكون المنتج:

غير مستخدم وغير ملبوس وفي حالته الأصلية
مع الملصقات الأصلية (إن وجدت)
داخل التغليف الأصلي
مع الفاتورة / إثبات الشراء

رسوم الإرجاع: قد تُطبق رسوم إرجاع (وسيتم إبلاغك بها قبل الموافقة النهائية).

2) كيفية طلب الإرجاع

راسلنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني moficno@gmail.com مع:

رقم الطلب
اسم المنتج/المنتجات
سبب الإرجاع
صور (إذا كان المنتج تالفًا/خطأ)

بعد الموافقة، سنرسل لك تعليمات الإرجاع وعنوان الإرجاع. إذا تم توفير ملصق شحن، فسيتم توضيح تكلفته (إن وجدت) قبل الإرسال.

3) التلف أو العيوب أو استلام منتج خاطئ

يرجى فحص الطلب عند الاستلام. في حال وجود عيب أو تلف أو استلام منتج غير صحيح، تواصل معنا فورًا عبر moficno@gmail.com لمعالجة المشكلة.

4) المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد قيمة:

السلع القابلة للتلف
المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب/المخصصة (جميع المنتجات المخصصة غير قابلة للاسترداد)
منتجات العناية الشخصية/الصحية إذا تم فتحها أو استخدامها
المواد الخطرة أو السوائل القابلة للاشتعال أو الغازات
بطاقات الهدايا
منتجات التخفيض النهائي (إذا كانت مذكورة كـ “تخفيض نهائي”)

إذا لم تكن متأكدًا من أهلية المنتج، تواصل معنا قبل الإرجاع.

5) الاستبدال

لا نوفر استبدالًا مباشرًا. الخيار الأسرع هو إرجاع المنتج (إن كان مؤهلًا) ثم إنشاء طلب جديد بشكل منفصل.

6) الاسترداد

بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سنبلغك بحالة الموافقة. عند الموافقة، سيتم الاسترداد إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية. قد تستغرق العملية عادة حتى 7 أيام عمل وقد تختلف حسب البنك/شركة البطاقة.
