Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed on moficno.com.

1) Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Selected GCC / Middle East countries (where available at checkout)

If your destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time.

2) UAE shipping fees and delivery time

UAE Standard Delivery

Free shipping: Orders 500 AED and above
Shipping fee: 100 AED per order for orders below 500 AED
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

3) GCC / Middle East shipping fees and delivery time

GCC / Middle East Delivery (where available)

Shipping fee: 100 AED per order
Estimated delivery: up to 6 business days

Countries may include (subject to availability): Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

4) Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours (Saturday to Thursday), excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or customs delays.

5) International duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the UAE, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the courier upon delivery.

6) Delivery confirmation

A delivery confirmation or signature may be required depending on the courier. Once the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

7) Order cancellation / pricing errors / stock

We may cancel or refuse orders in cases of:

payment verification issues
incorrect pricing due to technical/system errors
out-of-stock items

If we cancel an order, you will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return shipping (UAE):

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
A return handling/courier fee of 50 AED may be deducted from the refund (UAE), unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the item is defective/incorrect.
